1 Product Overview
The high humidity material organic fertilizer rapid granulator, also known as the wet stirring toothed granulator or or internal rotating stirring toothed granulator, is our company's latest developed new type of organic fertilizer granulator. Wet organic fertilizer granulator is widely used for granulation of organic fertilizers. Due to its high granulation rate, smooth operation, sturdy and durable equipment, long service life, and stable base design, it is selected as an ideal product by a large number of users for smoother operation. There are various specifications and models of wet granulation machines, including 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1500, etc., which can also be customized according to user needs.
II working principle
1. The toothed granulator utilizes high-speed mechanical stirring force and the resulting aerodynamic force to continuously mix, pelletize, spheroidize, and compact fine powder materials inside the machine, thereby achieving the purpose of granulation. The particle shape is spherical, with a particle size generally between 1.5 and 4 millimeters. The particle formation rate of 2 to 4.5 millimeters is ≥ 90%. The particle size can be adjusted appropriately by the material mixing amount and the spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount and the higher the speed, the smaller the particle size, and vice versa. 2. The agitator granulator processes the fermented organic raw materials into granules, which has a higher yield than the disc granulator. The granules are uniform, smooth, strong, and have low moisture content. The temperature after forming is around 30 degrees Celsius. After fermentation, the raw materials are crushed and mixed with a mixer to achieve a moisture content of 35% -40%. Once they enter the agitator, spherical particles can be processed, with larger particles having higher moisture content and smaller particles having lower moisture content. The two are directly proportional to each other. It utilizes the characteristic of organic fertilizer raw materials being embedded and enlarged with each other under certain conditions to produce round, smooth, and high-strength particles. Necessary additives, adhesives, etc. can also be added to further improve product quality. The organic fertilizer raw materials suitable for the agitator include livestock and poultry manure, compost fertilizers, green manure, sea manure, cake manure, peat, soil and miscellaneous fertilizers, three wastes, microorganisms, and urban household waste, etc. The qualified granulation rate of this machine is over 90%, suitable for various formulas. The compressive strength of organic fertilizer is higher than that of discs and drums, and the large ball rate is less than 15%. This machine is most suitable for direct granulation of organic fertilizers after fermentation, omitting the drying process and greatly reducing manufacturing costs. Therefore, the agitator granulator is loved by a large number of users. 4 Scope of application of granulator
The peat, sludge, livestock manure, lignite, fermented straw, etc. can be used as raw materials for organic fertilizer production and granulation, and corn meal, bean meal, grass meal, etc. can also be used to produce mixed feed granulation. The above data is based on peat, animal manure, and fermented straw, while other raw materials are subject to experimental data.
5 Installation, debugging, and maintenance
1. Installation: Before installation, the machine needs to be poured with a concrete foundation to facilitate the transportation of finished materials, and the granulator should be fixed and welded to the embedded iron to prevent the granulator from moving; Alternatively, the base frame can be welded with channel steel and the granulator can be placed on top of the base frame; It is also possible to dig pits for material transportation.
2. Debugging: After the installation of the granulator is completed, it is necessary to first check whether the various components of the granulator are tightened. Then conduct a no-load test, during which there must be no rubbing or collision, no abnormal noise, no vibration, and the temperature of each bearing should rise steadily. At the end of the test, the temperature of each component should not exceed 50 ℃. After the test, observe that there is no serious wear or abrasion on each bearing. During normal production testing, it is necessary to feed the material evenly.
3. Maintenance and upkeep:
a. Lubricate the bearings once every shift with a type of 3 calcium based grease lubricating oil, with a filling amount of 1/3~1/2, and regularly replace with new lubricating oil. The bearings should be cleaned during replacement.
b. Before using the reducer, lubricating oil must be added. The lubricating oil is generally HJ40-50 mechanical oil, or HL20-30 gear oil can be used. The oil level height of the lubricating oil should be within the range indicated by the circular oil mark on the machine base. After the first refueling operation for 100 hours, the oil should be replaced with new oil, and then replaced every six months. When changing the oil, it should be cleaned thoroughly.

VI Instructions for Use
1. Before starting up, check if there is any looseness at the connections of the machine, especially paying attention to whether the gear head is loose.
2. This machine is strictly prohibited from starting with load.
3. Stop feeding before shutting down, and only turn off the power after the materials inside the machine are completely discharged. Long term storage does not require the removal of materials from the body to prevent sticking.
4. It is strictly prohibited for iron blocks, stones, wooden sticks and other debris to enter the machine to prevent damage to the machine.
5. When starting the main motor, first pay attention to the tightness of the V-belt. If it is too loose, the V-belt will slip and the granulator will not rotate normally. If it is too tight, it will affect the service life of the bearings and V-belt. Then check if the rotation direction is correct. If it rotates in the opposite direction, stop immediately and adjust.
